Lower Essex Street has secured planning approval for a 642-home BTR scheme in Birmingham’s Gay Village, in Southside.
The scheme, approved by Birmingham City Council last week, will provide 642 homes as well as 20,000 sq ft of commercial space allocated to local charity Birmingham LGBT.
Plans for the 0.94ha site also include 18 car parking spaces, 660 cycle parking spaces, amenity/park spaces and new pedestrian paths.
