Justin Homes sells £40m Purley Way site to Optivo

Justin Homes has sold a £40m GDV site in Croydon, south London, with planning permission for 134 affordable homes to Optivo.

Plans for the site, designed by Formation Architects, propose three towers of 10 storeys and would offer affordable housing across a range of tenures.

The site, at 922-930 Purley Way is close to Purley Station and was sold by Maze Real Estate on behalf of Justin Homes.

Clive Astall, head of land and new business at Optivo, said: “The development will provide much-needed affordable homes for the people of Croydon. It is a further demonstration of Optivo’s continued investment in the borough. We are also grateful for the financial support of the GLA.”
