Software and IT business Micro Focus has agreed a 10-year lease on 7,500 sq ft of space at Radio House, Cambridge.
The move marks the third letting at the building, owned by Orchard Street Investment Management.
The office has been refurbished to offer a double height reception, open floorplans and modern facilities aimed at increasing occupier wellbeing. The property also achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating following the transformation.
Micro Focus joins existing tenants Agile Analog and Sentec at the building, with 14,000 sq ft of workspace remaining vacant across the site.
Alex Hardwick, asset manager at Orchard Street IM, said: “We believe that the attraction of high quality, intelligently designed, sustainable buildings will continue to endure, which is reflected in the strong interest for Radio House’s remaining space.”
Bidwells acted on behalf of Orchard Street and Knight Frank is the joint agent.
