Gary Neville’s Relentless Developments has appointed MAPP to provide consultancy services for No.1 St Michael’s, its flagship £200m Manchester scheme.
The property management business will oversee the commercial element of the mixed-use project. This will consist of 200,000 sq ft of workspace across nine storeys, amenity and roof spaces, and private terraces. There will also be a 20,000 sq ft rooftop restaurant operated by Chotto Matte.
Work on the scheme started on site in January and is due to complete in the third quarter of 2024.
