Nexus Bioquest establishes Bristol hub

Nexus Bioquest will move into a lab-enabled office space at 10 Portis Fields, Bristol, after signing a lease for the ground and first floor of the building.

The life sciences firm will occupy the 4,665 sq ft space over the next 10 years at £15.5 per sq ft. The hub will help Nexus Bioquest further its preclinical contract research work in immunology.

10 Portis Fields is operated by a private landlord, who was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton.

Roxine Foster, associate director at LSH, said: “This is an example of a genuine collaboration between landlord and tenant that has resulted in the best possible outcome for both parties. The landlord has succeeded in attracting a valued occupier, while the tenant has found a property which can meet the needs of their unique requirement.”

Nexus Bioquest was represented by Ben O’Connor Property Consultancy.
