Gerald Eve has promoted Julia Chowings to its senior management team as co-head of the Birmingham office.
Chowings will focus on providing planning and development consultancy both in London and across UK regional markets, complementing the expertise of fellow co-head Jon Ryan-Gill, who heads up the industrial and logistics team in the Midlands.
