Valeo Capital has named CBRE as sole agent on 1 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool as it is set to begin major repositioning works within the building later this month.
The plans include conversion of the premises to provide mixed-use facilities at ground-floor level and 113,219 sq ft of offices across the remaining seven floors. Around 50,000 sq ft of grade-A office space is currently available on three upper floors, 16,964 sq ft of which is currently under offer.
The project will see full refurbishment of the central atria to provide a new reception, seating area and booths for social or informal meetings, and will feature oak finishes and living walls. A new cycle storage facility will also be created, with racks and drying lockers alongside shower room facilities.
