Tulchan Developments and Lumonics have secured planning permission to deliver a 353,000 sq ft industrial and logistics facility at Eurocentral, Scotland.
The partners are set to construct five buildings, ranging in size from 42,500 sq ft to 122,500 sq ft. The facilities will be known as Orchard Park and will be suitable for a wide range of industrial and logistics occupiers.
The scheme is targeting a BREEAM Very Good rating and EPC rating A.
Gavin Robertson, director at Tulchan, said: “Logistics and distribution occupier demand remains strong and we are confident that the location and quality of product at Orchard Park will attract occupiers to allow a start of works on site going into 2023.”
Montagu Evans and Colliers have been instructed to let the scheme.
Eurocentral is the established location in the central belt of Scotland for many national and local occupiers. Current site tenants include DPD; XPO Logistics; Sheffield Insulation Group; Amazon; Evri; Brewdog; News International; GIST; Wincanton; Scottish and Southern Energy; Morrisons; Warburtons; Lidl; Next; Mentholatum; Scania; and the NHS.
