The Howard de Walden Estate has made two new appointments, with Suzanne Tomlinson as chief people officer and Victoria Anderson as retail and leisure asset manager.
Tomlinson (pictured, right), will sit on The Howard de Walden Estate’s executive committee, and take on an enhanced role leading the firm’s human resources. She will set the organisation’s people agenda across the full employee life cycle and will also assist in delivering the business’ strategy.
In her previous role Tomlinson worked at B2B media company Bonhill Group, where she was group head of HR. Prior to this, she held a range of HR roles across industries including retail, manufacturing and media. During this time, she spent 10 years in commercial real estate for Drivers Jonas and Altus Group.
Anderson (pictured, left) joins Howard de Walden’s retail team as retail and leisure asset manager. She will be involved in the continued evolution of Marylebone Village’s offering.
Prior to joining the Estate, Anderson was asset manager for the mixed-use asset St Christopher’s Place, London, at BMO Real Estate Partners.
Howard de Walden’s portfolio spans 92 acres in Marylebone with 850 buildings across residential, office, retail and leisure, education, and healthcare, including the Harley Street medical area.
Mark Kildea, chief executive of The Howard de Walden Estate, said that both Tomlinson and Anderson “bring industry expertise that will be hugely valuable in driving forward the businesses strategy”. He said: “[Tomlinson and Anderson will] ensure we continue to provide our customers and visitors with a vibrant and diverse area of Central London to enjoy.”
