Detailed plans revealed for new lab at Oxford Science Park

Development plans at Oxford Science Park have moved forward with the submission of detailed proposals for Plot 27.

The move is a part of 500,000 sq ft expansion of the park announced in September.

The new building will comprise 75,000 sq ft of lab and office facilities over four storeys alongside a new landscaped area, providing space for growth of existing park occupiers and new life science companies coming to the campus.

Rory Maw, chief executive at Oxford Science Park, said: “With demand for R&D space in Oxford showing no signs of abating, we are stepping up our own investment to provide the supporting infrastructure for growing companies as they address global health and environmental challenges.”
