Read Roper & Read Solicitors has signed for the fifth floor of Delphian House in Manchester.
The company has agreed a 10-year lease for 4,896 sq ft in the building, which forms a part of Bruntwood’s Riverside development.
Read Roper & Read Solicitors, alongside its residential conveyancing division LPL, is relocating from Alberton House, which is set to be refurbished into a workspace and leisure hub.
Andrew Cowell, transactions and asset management at OBI, who advised the tenant, said: “After many years in Alberton House it has been great to work with LPL and Read Roper & Read to find their new home. The campus scheme with good quality workspace and amenities will be a place that their teams will enjoy.”
