Carter Jonas has appointed Tom Roundell Greene (pictured) as head of sustainability, to be based at the firm’s headquarters at One Chapel Place, W1.
In his new role, Roundell Greene will build on and lead Carter Jonas’ ESG strategy, developing a sustainability programme and driving external engagement and initiatives with clients.
Roundell Greene joins from JLL, where he was a senior director of global sustainability, leading the development of the firm’s efforts to address climate change. He was also charged with overseeing delivery of JLL’s operational sustainability commitments through its global corporate real estate strategy.
He has also held several roles in the civil service and as a policy advisor, overseeing the development of the Cabinet Office’s sustainability strategy.
Iain Mulvey, head of business development at Carter Jonas, said: “Building on our existing strategy, through collaboration with our multi-disciplinary teams across the country, Tom will develop new ways of supporting our culture, operations and client services, influencing discussion to apply sustainable principles in everything we do.”
