Harry Hyman will stand down as chief executive of Primary Health Properties in 2024.
Hyman said he would serve for a further five years at the time of PHP’s merger with MedicX in 2019.
A hunt for a successor will begin early next year, with chair Steven Owen leading the search.
Owen will stay on as chair until the conclusion of the 2024 AGM in order to deal with the appointment of the new CEO and to ensure an orderly succession.
