MJ Gleeson has appointed Guy Gusterson as managing director of Gleeson Land, its land promotion division.
Gusterson joins the low-cost housebuilder and land promoter from St Modwen Properties, where he worked for 16 years in a number of senior roles, the last of which was managing director for strategic land and regeneration.
He has also held senior positions at Crest Nicholson, Beechcroft Developments and Laing Homes.
Gusterson has a proven track record of delivering strategic growth, developing leadership teams and creating value.
