Prospects look Rosie for Brum nightclub-to-resi development

Plans to build 55 homes on the site of the former Rosie’s nightclub in Sutton Coldfield are set approved by Birmingham City Council next week.

Bordeaux Estates’ Central Place scheme is part of the first phase of the Sutton Coldfield Town Centre Masterplan, which was formally adopted in May 2021.

The site is currently vacant following the demolition of the Rosie’s nightclub building in 2020.

Bordeaux Estates plans to develop a block of 55 one and two-bedroom homes, 8,100 sq ft of commercial space and 15 parking spaces. The eight-storey building will include a 3,000 sq ft roof terrace.
