Developer Lovell Partnerships has opened a new North East base following its recent expansion into the region.
The firm took 5,133 sq ft of workspace at Alexandra House in Rainton Bridge Business Park, Houghton-le-Spring. The team will be moving from its former office in Gateshead. The deal brings Lovell’s total offices to 12.
Since the North East region team’s launch, the firm has made a number of new appointments, with more recruits expected over the coming months.
Lovell Partnerships North East area director Paul Devaney said: “The North East team is growing fast, with five recent additions. We have already set the foundations with multiple developments across the region too, with more still to come.”
The firm has recently kicked off work at its first two sites – Sandcastles in Scarborough and Northshore in Stockton-on-Tees – which will deliver 113 new homes. It has also recently completed on a Homes England brownfield site in Spennymoor, County Durham, which will deliver 124 homes.
