Occupancy across flexible offices in central London has recovered from the hit of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Some 25 of 30 flexible office operators surveyed by Knight Frank said physical occupancy levels across their sites were higher than 60%, which was the pre-pandemic average.
The agency polled companies including WeWork, The Office Group, IWG and Workspace.
Amanda Lim, Knight Frank’s head of flexible offices, said: “With availability of traditional office space in prime, well-connected City and West End locations limited, flexible offices have witnessed a post-pandemic surge from the sectors that have traditionally driven office demand in those submarkets.”
