Cairn Homes will hit its €100m (£88m) profit target for the second year as it becomes the first Irish housebuilder to build more than 1,500 homes a year.
In a trading update issued this morning, the London-listed group said revenue had grown by 46% to an expected €610m, up from €419m in 2021. Total shareholder returns are expected to be around €115m for the year.
Chief executive Michael Stanley said: “Cairn is proud to have become the first company in Ireland to deliver over 1,500 new homes in a calendar year.”
He added: “We expect to significantly grow this output in 2023.”
