Bidwells has promoted 30 senior people across its UK network.
Four of the firm’s leaders have being made equity partners: Richard Todd, head of Oxford, Rosalind Clifford, head of energy and renewables, Neil Kelly, head of residential development for the East (all pictured above, left to right), and Roland Bull, head of rural investment.
There are also five new group partners, 10 new divisional partners and 11 new associates at the firm.
Nick Pettit, senior partner at Bidwells, said: “These key promotions demonstrate Bidwells’ commitment to continuity and reflect their significant contribution to the continued success of the firm.”
Promotions to group partner include Guy Kaddish in the planning team, Sam Potts in the building surveying team, Neil Bailey in the investment and property management team, Rob Beatson in the business’s space agency, and finance director Nicholas Hills.
Promotions to divisional partner include, Dani Kilsby-Steele, Rebecca Sharpe, Sam Coles and Alex Porter, all in the rural team, Kate FitzGerald in the forestry team, Lucy Young in capital markets, Jonathan Wright in the building surveying team, Dave Jobbins in the project management team, Kate Hannelly-Brown in the heritage and design team and Danielle Percy, head of landscape architecture and masterplanning.

- Rachel Woodman – principal planner, planning
- Lizzy Keech – principal planner, planning
- Robert Love – principal planner, planning
- Lisa Bulmer – senior environmental consultant, rural
- Becky Mothersole – senior rural surveyor, rural
- George Brown – senior surveyor, business space agency
- Richard Walden – senior surveyor, capital markets
- James Thomson – senior forestry consultant, Scotland
- Robin Means – senior project manager, project management
