Richard Stonehouse, head of residential investment at Avison Young, has left the agency after five years in the role.
At Avison Young, Stonehouse (pictured) led a team of nine focusing on funding developments across the living sectors and the trading of income-producing investments across those markets. He was the lead across the business for build-to-rent and co-living.
Stonehouse joined GVA in 2018, as a senior director and head of residential investment, before it was bought by Avison Young the following year.
Before that, he worked at JLL for six years, latterly as head of residential investment and development.
During his time at JLL, he set up its affordable housing investment business.
