Dandara Living has submitted plans for a 432-home mixed-use scheme on the site of a former car dealership site in Bristol.
The former Robins & Day Peugeot car dealership and Victoria House office building sits opposite Bristol Temple Meads station.
The scheme includes buildings of up to 15 storeys, a rooftop terrace and amenities such as a residents’ lounge, gym, workspaces and cycle storage.
The two-acre site was identified in the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone and St Philip’s Marsh Masterplan as a prime opportunity for redevelopment to deliver a gateway building into the city centre.
