Renaker Build plans to develop 2,388 homes in its Crown Street Phase 3 and Plot D development in Manchester.
The proposal includes five towers – with the tallest at 71-storeys – as well as public realm provision and a range of commercial uses.
The homes will be a mix of one-, two-, and three-bed units and the development will also incorporate 704 car parking spaces and 2,388-capacity cycle parking.
Crown Street Phase 3 falls under Manchester’s Great Jackson Street Development Framework.
