Conygar has appointed a manager for its £1.4bn PBSA scheme in Nottingham.
Its 693-bed Island Quarter development will be run by Fresh Property Group.
Fresh will advise on mobilising and managing the upcoming PBSA scheme in Nottingham.
The third-party management platform will also advise on the design of the project and run its Be programme, offering residents a full wellbeing and social programme.
Island Quarter is set to be operational for the 2024/25 academic year.
Fresh strategy and business development director Craig Bryant said: “Being part of the Island Quarter expands our presence in Nottingham and gives us a role in this amazing development in this fabulous student city.”
Christopher Ware, property director at Conygar, said: “One of the key things that attracted us to develop the Island Quarter was Nottingham’s two world-leading universities, both of which are experiencing a shortage of high-quality accommodation for their students.”
