Bruntwood Works has signed deals on more than 10,000 sq ft of flexible workspace across three office suites at its West Village campus in Manchester.
Fire safety engineer Design Fire Consultants and contract lifecycle management disruptor Summize will become new tenants at 127 Portland Street.
In addition, marketing agency Embryo has increased its footprint at the site.
Josh Hancock, head of commercial at Bruntwood Works, said: “With connections to retail and hospitality offerings, such as a Ditto flagship coffee shop, 127 Portland Street is a unique space for businesses to develop their industry contacts, build relationships and grow.”
