Real estate investor Kennedy Wilson has welcomed a new line up of tenants at Towers Business Park, Manchester.
Five firms – Essity, NCC Education, I Love Cosmetics, Sitel Group and a national housebuilder – have signed for an average term of eight years, hitting a headline rent of £29 per sq ft.
The park is now 95% occupied, with other tenants including Syngenta, British Airways, Cisco, Regus and Hitchenor Wakeford.
The move follows an ongoing programme of sustainability-focused improvements across the park.
Matthew Milroy, managing director at Kennedy Wilson Europe, said: “These recent lettings are highly encouraging and demonstrate there is still strong demand from occupiers focused on attracting their staff back to the office.”
CBRE, Colliers and Edwards & Co acted for Kennedy Wilson.
