More than nine out of 10 companies that trialled a four-day working week in the UK will continue to use it.
Of the 61 companies that took part in the six-month trial, 56 have extended the four-day week, including 18 who have made it permanent.
The trial organisers want to make a four-day week the new default, based on a model of 100% of the pay for 80% of the time, in exchange for a commitment to delivering 100% of the output.
