Business confidence has risen to its highest level in 10 months, but less than a quarter of businesses are optimistic about the economy.
According to the latest Lloyds Bank business barometer, optimism about the economy has risen by 11 points to 23%. Trading prospects recorded a four-point increase to 52%, its biggest margin in two years.
