The developers behind a 1,100-home masterplan in St Helens, Merseyside, have put two phases of the scheme up for sale.
BXB Cowley Hill, a joint venture between BXB and Promenade Estates, has appointed Northern Land Agency to market phases 1 and 3 of the Cowley Hill masterplan. They are expected to sell for £34m.
St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council approved the masterplan for the site in December 2022. The masterplan includes a hotel and 43,000 sq ft of commercial space that will be delivered in phases 2 and 4 of the masterplan.
The scheme was split into four main residential development phases, of which 1 and 3 are the southernmost.
Phase 1 has consent for 220 homes across 12.7 acres and is being marketed for sale with the potential to provide a mix of tenures. The phase is expected to sell for more than £15m.
The site can be acquired individually or with the 16-acre phase 3, which has planning consent for 316 homes. Phase 3 is also being marketed for sale individually and is expected to sell for more than £19m.
