Carter Jonas has appointed James Stephen as an equity partner in its latest promotions round.
The firm has also promoted nine members of staff to group partner and 13 to salaried partner. All appointments are effective from 1 May 2023.
James Bainbridge, chairman of Carter Jonas, said the promotions “recognise the talent and capabilities” from across the business.
Bainbridge said: “As we continue to invest in our people at all stages of their careers, progression to partnership levels is an important step, demonstrating our ongoing strategy to retain and develop the best talent from within our business and recognise the hard work and valuable contributions from those promoted.”
He added that each individual has “played a significant role in the growth and continuing success of our business”.
