The next three phases of the Trent Basin scheme in Nottingham were approved by Nottingham City Council in a planning meeting earlier this week.
Nottingham-based developer Blueprint has got the go-ahead for phases 4-6 of the scheme.
These include the development of 111-homes – a mix of two- to four-bedroom houses – as well as 53 parking spaces, a 150-space parking barn and a park.
The 9-acre site is located in the Waterside Regeneration Area and currently comprises of existing industrial and commercial occupiers, including Flo Skatepark.
The site forms the focal point for the overall regeneration area.
Phase one of the regeneration scheme was launched in 2016, followed by phase two in 2018 and the third phase in 2020.
