Aitch Group is set to receive planning approval for the redevelopment of site that is home to a sausage factory in Waltham Forest, E10, into a mixed-use scheme.
The developer plans to convert the two-acre Marsh Lane industrial site into 213 homes across five buildings and 46,000 sq ft of light industrial and office space.
The housing mix includes the provision of 20% affordable housing, with a tenure split comprising 73% affordable rent and 27% intermediate.
