The co-founder of Planet Organic has acquired the grocery chain out of administration as part of a pre-pack rescue, saving 10 stores in London.
Co-founder Renée Elliott has bought back the chain, saving 265 out of 329 jobs.
The remaining four stores excluded from the deal, in Henley-on-Thames, Bermondsey, Teddington and Tottenham Court Road, will close immediately.
Elliott founded the chain in 1995 with Jonathan Dwek.
