One Hyde Park developer Nick Candy is understood to be planning to invest in Dubai after falling out of love with London.
He told Bloomberg’s In The City podcast that Dubai and the UAE was going to be new city or country to evolve for this generation.
Candy believes he could break his own sales records in the country. One Hyde Park raised £2bn from the sale of its luxury flats.
