Oliver Bonas, Dr Martens and Bubbleology will open at Grand Arcade in Cambridge later this year.
For Bubbleology it will be its first store in Cambridge.
Oliver Bonas has signed for 3,000 sq ft on the ground floor, while footwear brand Dr Martens has taken a 2,100 sq ft unit previously occupied by Clinton’s Cards.
All deals were secured on 10-year leases.
The move follows cinema chain Everyman taking 15,600 sq ft on the first floor last December. It expects to open in the mall next year.
Martin Macwhinnie, centre manager for Grand Arcade, said the signing of the three new tenants was “a major step in Grand Arcade’s plans to become a lifestyle destination”.
Grand Arcade is owned by pension fund Universities Superannuation Scheme.
