Inspired Villages, a later living space developer backed by a joint venture between Legal & General and NatWest Group Pension Fund, has made two appointments to its leadership team.
Neal Dale (pictured, left), formerly development director, takes on the role of chief development and property officer, while former sales and marketing director James Cobb (pictured, right) will become chief customer officer.
The duo will be responsible for the delivery of Inspired Villages’ acquisitions, building on time and budget, and keeping strong customer focus.
Dale will look after land and planning, design, development and estates functions, as well as the firm’s ESG and overall sustainability initiatives.
Cobb will cover sales and marketing functions, including ongoing engagement and wider support for residents through customer relationship management tactics and customer satisfaction.
The moves come as the company aims to expand its portfolio to 34 retirement villages, which equates to around 5,100 homes for over 8,000 people.
