Orri, Cognacity and All Points North have signed for space in the Harley Street Medical Area, Marylebone, NW8, operated by the Howard de Walden Estate.
The move comes as occupier demand for prime healthcare space remains competitive in London.
Orri, a treatment service for eating disorders, has taken the 9,338 sq ft Connaught House. The six-storey building has been refurbished to offer purpose-built, trauma-informed therapy spaces for both individual and group work. The new hub is expected to open in July.
Cognacity, a global expert in mental health and performance, is moving to larger premises at 22 Welbeck Street following 10 years on Harley Street. The new lease, for 4,270 sq ft, means it now has a 50% increase in clinical consulting rooms.
Health firm APN has signed for 5,426 sq ft at 12 Upper Wimpole Street, which opens this month following a conversion.
Julian Best, executive property director at Howard de Walden, said: “These latest signings reflect our continued strategic focus on medical and healthcare and in particular, a response to the greater awareness of mental health to provide access to first class specialist operators.
“Demand for space across our healthcare portfolio remains strong and we currently have only two small suites available with some very exciting new healthcare projects under way and in the pipeline.”
