Winckworth Sherwood relocates HQ to Bankside Yards

Native Land has secured Winckworth Sherwood as a tenant at Arbor, the first building to complete at its £2.5bn Bankside Yards project, SE1.

The law firm will take 27,400 sq ft of office space across the eighth and ninth floors in the net zero operation property. Winckworth Sherwood will relocate from its headquarters in Minerva House, SE1.

Other tenants at Arbor include climate consultancy the Carbon Trust, law firm Lewis Silkin and FTSE100 industrial technology company Smiths Group which agreed to take 13,600 sq ft of office space last month.

Arbos is part of the wide 1.4m sq ft Bankside Yards development, which was designed by PLP Architecture.

Native Land is a co-investing joint venture partner in Bankside Yards, alongside Temasek, Amcorp Properties and Hotel Properties of Singapore.

Knight Frank and Ingleby Trice are letting agents for Arbor.
