People moves: TCS appoints associate director for estates team

Town Centre Securities has hired Matthew Wright (pictured, left) to its estate asset management team as an associate director from Bruntwood. Harry Williams has joined as a graduate asset manager and Thomas Haigh as marketing coordinator.
Directors Katia Polidoro (pictured, right) and Valentina Vescovi have been promoted to the main board at tp bennett as principal director and chief commercial officer respectively.
Sandeep Mathrani has resigned from his position as WeWork’s chairman and chief executive. He is joining private equity firm Sycamore Partners as head of its real estate division.

Atelier has appointed Mike Page to lead the expansion of its lending to property developers in south-west England and south Wales. He is tasked with delivering £50m to developers building in the residential, student and care sectors over the next 12 months.
Tom Goodall has been made managing director of Related Argent, after Argent’s joint managing partner Robert Evans announced he will step down. Goodall will lead Related Argent from next May when Argent’s staff, projects and assets are transferred over.
Dominic Smith has been promoted to the role of UK head of research at CBRE Investment Management. He will be responsible for thought leadership, fund strategy counsel and asset selection assistance for investment teams.
Rendall & Rittner has appointed Clare Johnson to the new role of head of consultancy, providing tailored advice for residential and mixed-use projects. She worked as the build-to-rent director for Inland Homes for the past two years.
Ryden has promoted Dan Smith to partner in the building consultancy team in Leeds. He joined the business as a graduate trainee in 2013.
PfP Capital has appointed Jamie Younger as the fund manager for Picture Living, its £330m regional PRS platform. He joins from Patrizia, where he was head of transactions for the UK and Ireland.
Senior solicitors Stephen Sykes and Andrew Waite have joined Davitt Jones Bould as consultants, expanding its environmental offering.
The Wigley Group has appointed Charles Hicks and Nick Southern to its construction business. Hicks joins from RPS Consulting Services and will lead the commercial team, while Southern joins as a senior quantity surveyor from Quantum Construction.
Legal & General Capital has named Julia Goldsworthy as head of social impact investment and Karen Bashford as chief operating officer.
Anton Page has promoted Harrison Turner to associate partner. He has been part of the office agency team since 2015.
Centrick has appointed Callum Rowland to oversee its East Midlands operations. He joined the business in 2022 and will become the branch manager at the Nottingham office.
Planning, design and architecture consultancy Marrons has hired Matt Godfrey as an assistant planner from Warwick District Council. Simon Macklen has been promoted to partner, while Karen Brightman has been appointed planning director.
Ringley Group has hired ex-Palace Capital executive director Richard Starr as a consultant, while former Marsh & Parsons director Robert Pratt has joined as managing director for build-to-rent mobilisation and leasing in the south of England.
Charlie Green, who co-founded The Office Group 20 years ago, will step down as president at the end of May. He will continue to serve as a special adviser.
Dominus has appointed Will Charlton as its new project director. He joins from Elmsbrook, where he managed the PRS pipeline. In his new role, Charlton will work on projects including PBSA, residential and hotels.
Allsop has appointed senior associates Brad Harris and Jack Robson to its residential transactional practice. Harris is responsible for residential land and development, while Robson is charged with buying and selling residential investments. Seb Verity has been appointed as head of research, supporting the growth strategies in purpose-built student housing and build-to-rent, as well as in retirement living and healthcare prospects.
Rapleys has hired Tom Spencer from Savills as the head of its residential development consultancy. He succeeds Angus Irvine, who has been appointed head of Rapleys Living.
Scottish housebuilder Avant Homes has strengthened its construction team by hiring Bryan Galloway as construction director and James Reid and Peter Forrester as area construction managers.
SEGRO has expanded its executive committee with the appointment of James Craddock, Paul Dunne, Andrew Pilsworth and Marco Simonetti, effective from 1 July, following the retirement of chief operating officer Andy Gulliford on 30 June.
