Warehouse REIT’s share price dropped by 6.48% yesterday, following its annual results.
The REIT ended the day at 97.7p, down from a high of 176p just over a year ago, leaving it languishing at the bottom of the FTSE 250 index.
Yesterday, Warehouse REIT said it had swung to a pretax loss of £182.8m for the year to the end of March, a result of the 18.5% like-for-like decline in the value of its property to £828.8m.
