Kosy Living has submitted a planning application with Bath City Council to develop a 77-home mixed-use co-living scheme.
The four-storey building will provide 4,300 sq ft of employment space on the ground floor, with the residential element on the top three floors.
The proposed plans include amenity space including communal kitchen living areas, rooftop terrace and a gym.
The building is currently occupied by two tenants, including a charity that will continue to occupy the workspace of the proposed scheme.
