Inspired Villages has acquired a 27-acre site in Edenbridge, Kent, with planning permission for 184,000 sq ft of accommodation, including a 100-home integrated retirement community.
The deal is the developer’s 29th site its £500m joint venture with NatWest Pension Group Fund and Legal & General.
The jv plans to open 34 integrated retirement communities, providing more than 5,000 homes for around 8,000 people.
The former golf course site was occupied by the Kent and Surrey Golf Club.
