The first phase of Avanton’s £730m Old Kent Road masterplan has launched for sale.
Knight Frank has been appointed as agent for the £130m tower, dubbed the BeCa and inspired by Manhattan’s Tribeca district.
The 18-storey, Farrells-designed tower will include 170 flats for private sale, as well as a further 92 build-to-rent flats.
Construction is under way, with the first residents due to move in late 2024 and completion scheduled for Q1 2025.
It forms the first phase of Avanton’s consented Ruby Triangle masterplan (pictured), which will provide more than 1,400 homes on a 5-acre site, alongside 150,000 sq ft of commercial space.
