Begbies Traynor and Eddisons has signed up for the second floor of 10 Wellington Place in Leeds.
The 7,100 sq ft workspace will serve as a Leeds head office to Begbies Traynor and as a base for Eddisons.
The two businesses, which are part of Begbies Traynor Group, employ more than 1,200 people nationally, with 100 staff already working at the Leeds office.
10 Wellington Place, delivered by MEPC, forms a part of a wider urban quarter, featuring 22-acres of mixed-use development.
