Two new occupiers take 30,000 sq ft of offices at the Shard
Property and construction consultancy Rider Levett Bucknall has taken space at the Shard, along with software firm Cognism.
The new occupiers have taken a combined 30,000 sq ft on the 11th floor of the 310m-tall London Bridge building, leaving just 15,000 sq ft on the ninth floor available.
RLB has moved from 110 Bishopsgate and has taken 16,875 sq ft of fitted space on Level 11 South, which is an assignment from existing occupier Merit Group. Merit Group remains in the building on Level 9.

Cognism is relocating its headqarters to the Shard from Borough Yards. The sales and marketing technology company will be occupying 13,153 sq ft of fitted and furnished space on Level 11 North at the Shard, which has been let on an eight-year term.
Real Estate Management acted on behalf of the landlord on the lettings, with support from Knight Frank and JLL. Cognism was represented by Found.
