Moda Living has released the first images of its 824-home Moda, Hove Central scheme.
The 8.8-acre brownfield site is located within the Hove Station Quarter and will play a part in the area’s Hove Station Neighbourhood Forum regeneration masterplan.
The development will consist of 824 flats, 564 of which will be build-to-rent and 10% of which will be affordable homes. The remaining 260 flats will be community care homes.
Moda is currently looking to partner with an operator for it.
The scheme includes six buildings and more than 60% will be given over to public realm.
