New tenants sign for Manchester business park

David Samuel Asset Management has agreed a double letting at the recently refurbished No.1 Howarth Court, located on the site of Oldham Broadway Business Park, Greater Manchester.

Office stationery firm Viking has signed a five-year lease on the first floor of the building, measuring 8,410 sq ft, while financing company PMD will occupy 8,430 sq ft of workspace on the ground floor on a 10-year lease.

David Samuel asset manager Jordan Gold said: “These latest deals show us the out-of-town office market remains resilient in current times, as occupiers continue to office accommodation.”

Oldham Broadway Business Park comprises eight buildings and is located just off the M60. The lettings mean just one floor at 8,660 sq ft is available.

Cushman & Wakefield and Avison Young jointly advised David Samuel on the lettings.
