GPE has completed leasing at the Hickman on Whitechapel Road, E1.
The last 6,757 sq ft of office space on the second floor has been let to digital transformation company TPXimpact.
The firm will take the space on a fitted basis with a five-year lease, with an option to break at year three.
It joins recent lettings including New Look, which will occupy 23,242 sq ft on the third and fourth floors, and Goodlord, which has taken the remainder of the second floor.
The seven-storey building has undergone extensive refurbishment to create 75,300 sq ft of repositioned office space, and in 2021 was named the world’s first SmartScore Platinum rated building.
