Workspace provider Uncommon is set to open its largest site to date.
Templar House, in Holborn, WC1, covers 105,000 sq ft and will offer flexible workspace for more than 2,000 people. It will be Uncommon’s flagship site.
Uncommon bought the building, which was formerly the home of the London Underground, from Northwood Investors for £80m in September 2019.
Facilities at the site will include a members’ lounge, wellness studio, rooftop bar and terrace, and sustainable phone pods.
The building is due to open in September 2023.
