Knight Frank’s Bristol office appoints new partner

Knight Frank has hired a new partner for its Bristol office from Countryside Partnerships.

Faith Beeson-Wright has joined Knight Frank’s residential development team.

Her remit will focus on delivering schemes for clients across Bristol and the South West, securing planning for complex residential projects.

She will work closely with Nick More, head of South West planning and development.

She was previously a senior planning manager at Countryside – formerly Vistry Group – where she specialised in managing complex planning applications, seeing them through the determination process and then negotiating Section 106 agreements.

Beeson-Wright’s role involved delivering schemes – often on brownfield urban regeneration sites – across Bristol and the surrounding area, as well as in Wiltshire and Somerset.

Before Countryside she held planning roles at Barton Wilmore and Icini Projects and has been based in both London and Bristol.
