SEGRO’s chair has upped his stake to £4.17m after buying a further £795,000 in company shares.
Andy Harrison bought the shares on 31 July. Shares have flatlined this year and remain around 50% lower than their 2021 peak.
Harrison’s purchase was at a 17% discount to SEGRO’s net asset value per share.
He now holds 0.05% of the company’s issued share capital, having built up the holdings over a handful of large transactions since his appointment in April 2022.
